Dow Chemical Employees’ Credit Union in Midland, Mich., boasts 70,000 members and $1.95 billion in assets. It has grown vastly since starting in 1937 by serving its members and staying current with banking technology and customer service trends. DCECU recently needed to upgrade five ATMs, but the new ATM machines were larger than the previous versions and did not fit in the existing buildings. New ATM structures were required, and the credit union turned to Kalamazoo, Michigan based Quality Precast Inc., an Easi-Set Buildings licensed producer, for pre-engineered precast concrete buildings. They were chosen for their cost, speed of installation and durability when compared with other building methods.
